Assisted Living

So grateful for these moments togetherThe Seasons is everything assisted living should be. At The Seasons Assisted Living, you’ll notice something very different –something conveyed by the smallest of things like a hug, a touch and a smile. We expect that these “little things” become commonplace and never overstated. We want you to know this is simply a part of what we consider caring for the whole person. By combining these little things along with the skills of our staff, we’re able to mix in the social, recreational and culinary services to help residents feel both physically and emotionally secure.

The Seasons’s assisted living services are designed for you to live as independently as possible, yet to also have the peace of mind knowing a caring person is available 24/7 to provide assistance with daily living activities or emergencies. In effect, The Seasons Assisted Living offers you the independence you want with the services you need.

We understand assisted living services often can be confused with what skilled nursing facilities offer, but a comparison of the two environments highlights the differences. Whereas assisted living facilities provide assistance with daily living activities as stated above, skilled nursing facilities, better known as nursing homes, rely heavily on the skilled expertise of licensed nurses to carry out the treatment orders from each resident’s physician. Nursing homes, such as The Seasons’s neighboring facility Plum City Care Center, are needed when one’s health has declined to the point where skilled nursing oversight is necessary throughout the day and night, pointing to a compromised overall health condition. This is true whether the time needed for skilled care is short or long term, paid for by Medicare, Medicaid (Medical Assistance), insurance or privately.

Testimonials

"Mom loves the staff, especially Carmen. The facility is bright and clean. Thank you for working with our parents and allowing them to be together as much as possible."
